SHIPPING & FREIGHT:
All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS Priority (unless truck freight is required or it is otherwise stated in the listing). You may use the shipping calculator above for all FedEx, UPS or USPS quotes. For Packages over 150lbs however (70lbs for international destinations), please contact us for a quote at the shop through Ebay.
In order to remain in compliance with PayPal?s Seller Protection Policy, all orders exceeding 0 in value will require the buyers? signature at the time of delivery.  We understand that it is sometimes inconvenient for a buyer to be home to sign for a package(s), but unfortunately, PayPal will not stand behind the transaction if no signature is received.
International buyers are responsible for paying all duties, tariffs & brokerage fees that your country or the shipping carrier may impose. Returns due to refusal of payment of said fees will result in full forfeiture of all shipping charges, plus a 20% restocking fee will apply.
In most cases, we are able to process orders and ship product out the same or next day. Since we do attend a number of shows throughout the year. However, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping & handling of all orders. Unless otherwise stated.
In some cases, orders are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, from time to time, availability of those products can vary slightly. If a product will not be ready within 2-3 days, the buyer has the option of a full refund so they can find a suitable part elsewhere. Orders placed late on Friday, or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Once your item has shipped, we will post the tracking number to the Ebay order details page. Please check there prior to calling or e-mailing to request your tracking information. We do our best to post all tracking information at the end of each business day. Please note that weekends, holidays, bad weather conditions and transport issues may all factor into the actual arrival time of your item(s).
ISSUES & RETURNS:
We do our best to keep mistakes at a minimum, however occasionally one will get past us. With that being said, we stand behind every product that we sell. If you by chance receive a defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Return items are accepted, however return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the buyer unless item is defective or an incorrect item was sent. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all general return items & all shipping charges are non-refundable.
